You’ll sit-in “live” as we talk with Sara Brenner, President of Community Wealth Partners – a consultancy born from the nonprofit Share Our Strength. For more than two decades Community Wealth Partners has been working to lift up what’s working when it comes to creating large scale social change. And we were lucky enough to get Sara to spend some time sharing what has been learned so far.
